Make sure the surface is clean, dry, stable and smooth and measure your wall. Cut the wallpaper to the desired length and apply the styrofoam adhesive to the wall over the entire surface with a spatula. Place the insulation wallpaper end to end in the adhesive bed and press it down with a rubber roller. You can even out the joints with cover strips or filler. Remove any glue residue with a wet cloth. After 48 hours you can use the wallpaper you want according to the manufacturer's instructions.
